i'm sorry, i fail to see any connection.
Amazon's explore similar items works randomly and without warning.

so clicking the link 3 different times would randomly yield the 'People who wear clothes also bought' section

but the related books were all religious.

the only link that could remotely have anything to do with anal sex when i clicked on the links, would be through a really really bad pun on the 'left behind' series.

sorry, can't see it.
if someone can post of link to a screenshot of successfully getting a list of similar books that relates to the subject of this post, please do so.

it used to have "the ultimate guide to anal sex" in the recommanedations. of course, it got fixed.
